ESAW Fabry-Perot Etalon (MP-7667)
The instrument is made in different sizes of spacers in
silica. The mirrors are about 30 mm in dia & with clear
aperture 25mm but other sizes can be manufactured if
required by the customer specially. Both optically plane
Glass plates are coated 50% each. Space between them
is 3mm. It is used either with Mercury or Sodium Light.
